Tarlton Properties has established a unique position in the commercial real estate community ... a position defined by the combination of special expertise in the San Francisco Bay Area, a significant track record of success, and a well established reputation for quality and service.
Specialists in Bay Area Commercial Property
The combined effects of limited land availability and ‘slow growth’ political restrictions and several first tier institutions driving new company creation provides a uniquely challenging opportunity. With this recognition, TPI has carefully built a specialization combining capabilities in redevelopment, construction management, and property management with extensive practical experience in and knowledge of the Bay Area business and political environment.
A Track Record of Success
TPI’s 30 years of experience is marked by a large number of successful projects of many sizes and types. We have followed the development of Menlo Business Park with a consistently high occupancy rate and associated return on investment. We have developed and redeveloped numerous other properties in the area, both as a principal and for other owners. These properties include: 1.5m square feet of REO properties for institutional clients, multitenant office buildings, R&D complexes, warehouse facilities, an underground parking garage and two shopping centers.
