Development and Redevelopment Services
TPI’s full development capabilities are illustrated by our largest project, the award-winning, 50-acre, 900,000 square feet Menlo Business Park. We took this project from a complex land use approval process through financing, design, construction and marketing. TPI continues to manage this successful project for the long-term production of income for our investors. TPI provides a complete property redevelopment service, ranging from physical management and market evaluation in addition to planning through all the steps of redevelopment: public approvals, remediation, design, construction, marketing and subsequent asset management.
