Portage Avenue

In the heart of Palo Alto, the Portage Avenue Portfolio is just across El Camino Real from the Stanford Research Park and only minutes from Stanford University. The reimagining and redevelopment of the more than 60-year-old warehouse into Class A office space required close work and collaboration between the developer, architect, structural engineer, and contractor. The project design was developed to accommodate the tenant’s culture and flexible work space demands and to improve the local neighborhoods. It is currently occupied by mSpot, a Samsung company.
