Tarlton Celebrates BillionToOne's Lab 4.0 at Topping Out Ceremony in Austin

Last month, Tarlton, BillionToOne, and our partners gathered at 3600 Breakthrough Loop in Austin, Texas with hard hats on and a lot to celebrate.

The occasion was a “topping out” ceremony for Lab 4.0, BillionToOne’s newest facility and the latest chapter in our partnership that began in 2018. Topping out is a tradition that goes back centuries: when the last structural beam is set at the highest point of a building, workers mark the moment.

Lab 4.0 is BillionToOne’s largest and most ambitious facility to date, at approximately 229,000 square feet and three stories.

Occupancy is targeted for August 2027.
